TUMBLING SESSIONS END MAY 1ST AND WILL RETURN IN THE FALL.
Tumbling - Level 1
- BASICS: Monday: 4:45-5:45 OR Thursday: 4:45-5:45
- INTERMEDIATE: Monday: 6:00-7:00
- ADVANCED: Friday: 4:45-5:45 OR 6:00-7:00 OR Thursday 6:00-7:00
Tumbling - Level 2
- Thursday or Friday: 7:15-8:15 (Basics)
- Friday: N/A (Advanced)
Tumbling - Level 3
- Monday: 7:15-8:15
Tumbling Level 1:
Basics: Athletes will focus on the basics of tumbling including rolls, cartwheels, and bridges.
Intermediate: Athletes will need to have already mastered the roll and cartwheel. They will then learn roundoff's and kick overs from bridges.
Advanced: Athletes will need to have already the roll, cartwheel, and bridge kick overs so are ready to work on back and front walkovers.
Tumbling Level 2:
Advanced: Athletes will review basics and then focus on roundoff back handspring and specialty passes.
Tumbling Level 3:

- ages 18 - 36 Months
- Friday's 10:30-11:15

**Due to current restrictions FROGS will be a PARENTED class until physical distancing measures are no longer in place. This will allow the class to run and parents will be able to assist with ensuring proper distancing for their little ones. Parents will be require to be on the mat and must wear a mask at all times. No siblings will be allowed in the gym due to the very limited number of participants in each class.
